Exercise equipment product design

An internationally renowned biomechanics expert approached G2 with a concept he had developed around improving the efficiency of exercise and rehabilitation. The G2 design team worked in collaboration to refine the concept and develop prototype training equipment. Electromyography testing was undertaken at Birmingham University and showed fantastic results, with muscle stimulation increasing by 50% when using the prototype equipment compared to the same exercise without.

This work included multiple development workshops and research, including anatomy, ergonomics, and market testing. The project included concept development, CAD Design, prototyping, photorealistic renders, laboratory testing and branding workshops to ready the concept for investment.

We are now helping to licence this technology into the fitness industry.
